Power Bank Scam – Only Purchase A Charger Through A Reputable Dealer
Don’t fall victim to a power bank scam. Most sellers of power banks do provide quality products that you will be happy with.
However, there are some unethical dealers (as in any product), selling power bank chargers that are not up to the specifications in their advertisements.
The following video from Big Dive.com is an excellent example of a ‘power bank scam’ that I found highly informative.
The physical structure of this mobile charger is excellent. That’s the good part.
The advert listing assured it was a ‘Guaranteed 10600mAh capacity’. When you watch the video, you will see it is clearly not at all and was made to look the part and cater to the fake specification market.
When purchasing a power bank, if you are skeptical at all, make sure to deal with a company that offers a full money-back guarantee.
